KAYTRAMINÉ Out Now

Unless you live under a rock, you’ve probably heard by now that Kaytranada and Aminé have come together to start their own group, Kaytraminé. And together, their sound is just beautiful - Kaytra provides the insane, eclectic beats while Aminé provides the smooth, fun raps 💃🏽

But this isn’t the first time this duo has teamed up - the two actually have a long history together. When Aminé was first popping onto the scene in 2014, he released Not At All, which remixed Kaytra’s classic track, At All 🎹

This remix caught the attention of Kaytra and inspired him to send a beat pack to Aminé, which eventually led to this Soundcloud CLASSIC, La Danse 👈

Now seven years later, the two have finally announced their long awaited self-titled collab album, Kaytraminé, and the feature list is crazy - Pharrell, Freddie Gibbs, Big Sean, Snoop Dogg and more 🔥

They teased the project by releasing two singles, 4EVA and Rebuke, and the full album dropped this morning. Personally, I’m going to go out on a limb and say that this will be a strong favorite for AOTY and “Album of the Summer” at the very least. I’m sure I’ll have follow up thoughts in the coming weeks - stay tuned and give it a listen 👇
