SZA Delivered

It took over my entire timeline. It took over your entire timeline. It took over everyone’s entire timeline. SZA finally dropped SOS and in my opinion, it was everything and more. The highs were REALLY high. Love Language, Blind, Snooze & Gone Girl really hit home for me 🙏

I was not expecting her to rap over a chipmunk soul sample on Smoking on my Ex Pack and to be honest, she kind of killed it. And did you happen to notice her sampling Drake’s Champagne Poetry (2:30) on the intro track SOS?

Thank you SZA - I appreciate you. And the wait was definitely worth it. Peep the album here if you haven't listened yet 👇

Rare Jay-Z Footage

Isn’t it amazing when you hear rappers rap over other rapper’s beats? It’s one of my favorite things in the world. And personally, that’s what made J. Cole, Lil Wayne and Logics's mixtapes so special during the blog era. We got to hear a new, refreshing sound on an all-time classic beat 💿

Well, this weekend I found a clip on Twitter I’ve never seen before – Jay-Z rapping over the renowned Mobb Deep classic Shook Ones Pt. II 👀

This is so awesome. I truly live for this stuff. To finish us off, if you've been on the SZA album and need a break, peep these five new joints 🎧

Playlist here as always, enjoy your week fam 💜
